My sister and I went on a 3 day trip to Iceland. My sister had to be there for a school project, and since Iceland was on my bucket list I gladly tagged along. We made the best of the three days that we had, exploring the Golden Circle, Reykjavik and Black Beach (Reynisfjara beach near the village of Vik). We even got to see the northern lights (see picture above, taken by my sister Lauren)
Video of my trip to Golden Circle, Reykjavik and Black Beach
Despite it being cold, I’d highly recommend going to Iceland and at the very least visit Reykjavik and the Golden Circle. I’d also recommend renting a car, as it is quicker and cheaper than other means of transport. Instead of giving you a description of all the places we went, I think it’s actually more fun showing it to you. So, I made a video of my trip and I hope it gives you a nice image of the country.
I hope I’ve been able to convince you to visit Iceland and seeing Reykjavik, Golden Circle and Black Beach. Trust me, it’s worth every penny.
