I want to recommend two hotels that I have stayed at close to the Into the Glacier pick-up point at Húsafell. Firstly, there is Fosshótel at the historical site at Reykholt. It is close to the wonderful Krauma baths which are well worth a visit. The second one is Hótel Húsafell. It is really a cozy place to stay, especially in the winter.
